From the 10K foot view, this industry needs to significantly reduce the back office cost of sales, invoicing, collecting through an automated and refereed marketplace that takes out uncertainty and replaces it with trust on all sides via transparency and automation. Manual processes are preventing this industry from moving forward and better servicing all involved.
